Zebra Shuttle has been serving Central Massachusetts, Metro West, Newton/Waltham and Boston areas successfully for over 17 years from our main office in Marlboro, MA.
We are a state-regulated common carrier, by the DPU, DTE and MassPort, that offers a scheduled shuttle service to/from over 50 Metro West/Central MA Hotels, over 60 Boston/Cambridge Hotels and Newton/Waltham Hotels and many communities (Homes, Offices, Colleges & Schools) in Massachusetts to/from Boston's Logan Airport and South Station every 45 minutes. We also offer Private shuttle service (4-WD SUV's, Full Size Ford XLT Vans and Executive Luxury Sedans), Charter Buses and Hourly Rentals to/from 9 major Northeast Airports and to/from anywhere in New England.

How do I
book my reservation?
Since we are a reservation-based shuttle transportation company, you must book your reservation by calling our office at 508.481.7300 or 800.242.0064, staffed 6:00 am to midnight (EST), 7 days a week to speak with a trained reservationist. Or you may book your reservation online using our secure and user-friendly Online Reservation System by clicking here 24 hours a day - 7 days a week.
(Note: 48 hours notice required for all web-based reservations to ensure your seat.)

What if my
flight is delayed?
Using FlightView we are able to track your flight and adjust your pick-up time accordingly. Rest assured ... we will always have a shuttle available for your ride from the airport. Please note: If you originally booked a Shared van and your flight is delayed beyond our regular scheduled shared service, and Private service is required, you will be charged in accordance with the Private fares for the new pick-up time. Please ask our reservationists for complete details.

Where do I get picked up at the airport?
For our shared
van shuttles you will be picked up in the "yellow zone" area,
marked "Shared
and Scheduled Vans" on ground level (usually outside baggage)
for your convenience. For luxury sedan
service please call our office for locations as the pick up
areas vary from airport to airport and terminal to terminal.

What type of payments do you accept?
A major credit card is required to secure your seat. We accept all major credit cards. You may secure your seat with the credit card and pay cash when you are picked up and your credit card will not be charged. Again, all non-cancellations and
no-shows will be charged the full fare.

Is a gratuity for the driver included with your service?
Thank you for asking ... No gratuity is not included with our shared van service. We do, however, automatically add a 15% gratuity to all of our Private services, Charter Buses and Hourly Rentals.

Can you set-up Corporate Accounts and/or
Frequent User ID's?
Yes, we will gladly set-up Corporate accounts, Frequent User and Group ID's. We can set-up a direct billing for your transportation, a unique Web Portal for your company and also offer Group discounts and seasonal promotions.
