Cancellation Policy
** Shared or Private shuttle cancellations require a minimum of 12 hours advanced notice PRIOR to scheduled pick-up time for 100% refund; less than 12 hours the full fare will be charged.
To cancel (update or change) reservations made by phone or fax: Must be called in to our office during normal business hours (6:00 am to 12:00 am EST), within the required advanced notice. Otherwise, the full fare will be charged.
To cancel reservations made online: Within the required advance notice, you may cancel online by clicking here.
Please call us for any change/update requests within the
required timeframe.
** Charter Buses and Hourly Rentals cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours advanced notice PRIOR to scheduled pick-up time for 100% refund; less than 48 hours the full fare will be charged.

Please note: ALL no-shows, non-cancellations and cancellations not following these procedures will be charged full fare. Cancellations, update and/or change requestPlease notes made by e-mail will not be accepted.
Please note: If you originally booked a Shared van and your flight is delayed beyond our regular scheduled shared service, and Private service is required, you will be charged in accordance with the Private fares for the new pick-up time. Please ask our reservationists for complete details.

** The information that you provide Zebra Airport Shuttle is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party.
CAR SEATS / BOOSTER SEATS - Available at no cost, please inform us when making your reservation.
LUGGAGE - A Luggage tag must be affixed to each piece of luggage clearly indicating the name and address of the owner. As an added precaution, the owner's name and complete permanent address should be contained INSIDE each piece of baggage. Each passenger is limited to TWO pieces of luggage and ONE carry on. Excess luggage fee is $6.00 (I.e. foot locker, boxed bicycle, computer box or large container).
ANIMALS - All Animals must be caged: $20 per cage.
HOLIDAYS - There will be NO SERVICE on the following days: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
SCHEDULES - Every effort will be made to operate according to published schedules. Circumstances sometimes develop beyond our control such as weather or traffic delays and accordingly Zebra Airport Shuttle cannot hold itself responsible for errors and timetables, inconvenience or damage resulting from delayed shuttles.
** Zebra Airport Shuttle currently offers "affiliate" partner services through "Travel By Zebra". Zebra Airport Shuttle is not responsible or liable for any inconvenience or damages brought on by your choice of using those services. Zebra Airport Shuttle intends to only partner with reputable companies and, like any other affiliate program, we strongly advise our customers to review the affiliate partners own policies and disclaimers before using their services.
